70 -- SOFTWARE POC Cynthia Smith (202) 283-1351 The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order to New Learning Sytems, West Coast Office, 19964 Winter Lane, Saratoga, CA 95070, for the following items: Q-Skills training system software which consists of a training module providing specific training on the "what" process analysis tools are, a team support module which faciliates "when" and "where" to use these tools, and a toolkit module which provides the tools to make it easy to enter data to create flowcharts, and control charts, and cause and effect diagrams, so that participants can quickly document problem solving sessions, and generate and review surveys, annual software support which includes access to vendor help desk and automatic product upgrades. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by New Learning Systems, should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 5 days of the date of this publication.
