DC Magic is the only company that can provide support for Inmagic Software. This requirement will be as follows: Conduct a user needs analysis, develop a classification system for shelving materials, asses the personnel needs for ongoing maintenance of the collection, provide space planning assistance, develop new printed and electronic products to maximize use of materials, design tools to monitor use and effectiveness of the collection. Support Inmagic, Folioviews and Micosft Acess sofware's as follows: Catalog library bibliographic resources (Inmagic); Manage subscriptions ordering (Inmagic); Check in serial publications (Inmagic); Track information requests (Inmagic); Maintain mailing lists (Inmagic); Document country conditions (FOLIO); Track headquarters and field operations (Access). Consultation and technical support as follows: Continually review current data bases and formats to ensure that they meet changing needs of the various user communities. Make recommendations for improvements; assist in implementation and testing of any changes. Design new databases as appropriate, produce paper and CD/ROM products for distribution. Troubleshoot databse problems. Apply features of new product releases to improve databse effectiveness. Convert data from other in house or third party sources.
