The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Research Services, Division of Engineering Services is considering entering into a sole source contract to update the 1995 NIH Master Plans with Oudens+Knoop Architects PC (O+K). O+K was the prime consultant for the 1995 Master Plans. The scope of this project is to provide the scheduled 5-year update to the 20-year master plan and related site, program, transportation and environmental planning studies. This project is a continuation of the original planning effort and relies on data compiled, experience gained, and processes established during the development of the 1995 Master Plans.
