Prisons (BOP) hereby gives notice of its intent to issue a sole source
purchase order under simplified acquisition procedures to Isogon
Corporation, 330 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10001, for intercomm
annual software support and maintenance services to include all new
software releases, system updates, program temporary fixes (PTFs),
documentation updates related to Intercom products, and toll-free
hot-line support twenty four hours per day, seven days per week for
system software assistance for the Intercom Teleprocessing Monitor. No
solicitation document exists. Prospective Contractors should submit
cost and technical data to be evaluated. Interested firms must indicate
their ability to satisfy the requirement 15 days of this notice.
Interested firms will be considered only if they respond with clear and
convincing documentation that they are capable of meeting or exceeding
the requirement stated herein at a cost sufficiently more advantageous
than the contractor named. If no response is received within 15 days of
this anouncement, an award will be made to Isogon Corporation. For
