This software is an integral part of the System. This is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Sensor Systems Inc., Sterling, VA. In order to maintain commonality with other TENCAP systems and reduce system support costs by only using standardized materials, the software maintenance from Sensor Systems Inc. is the only reasonable option for obtaining software support and software upgrades.
