Kearns, Contracting Officer (202)283-1341 The IRS is seeking firms interested in providing various facilities' support services primarily in the western United States (AK,HI,CA,OR,WA,NM,AZ,NV,ID,MT,WY,UT,CO,ND,SD,NE,KS,OK,MN,IA,AR,MO,WI, IL,TX). The Contractors shall be responsible for providing services in the following general categories: Facility Planning Support; Programming; Space Planning & Furniture Management; Relocation Management; Systems Integration and Telecommunication Coordination; Project Budget and Cost Control; and Project Monitoring. The IRS anticipates awarding multiple award task order contracts with the possibility of as many as five contracts being awarded. The minimum per contract will be $20,000 per year. The maximum for all contracts is currently anticipated to be approximately $2.5 million per year. A base year with four option years is anticipated.
