DTIC 26TH ANNUAL USER'S MEETING & TRAINING CONFERENCEH DTIC (Defense Technology Information Center) will host its 26th Annual Users Meeting and Training Conference in Arlington, Virginia on November 8- 10, 1999 at the DoubleTree Hotel. The theme of this 3 day users meeting and training conference is "Information Strategies, Policies & Possibilities". The keynote speaker on Wednesday, the 10th will be Richard Kirkland, author of "Tales of a War Pilot" who says he wrote this book "...to humanize the exciting stories about American fighter pilots who fought the Japanese pilots in WWII...". Over 400 attendees are expected from around the country, and international as well, to participate in this 3 day conference.
