Requirement is for hardware only, water production is to allow for 18,000 gallons of water to be produced per unit per day. Operating voltage is to be 480V. The R/O panel alarm indicators must minimally include: low inlet pressure; high/low Ph; low product flow; low % rejection; high membrane differential pressure; high permeate pressure; high temp; high/low primary pressure; high permeate conductivity; and high pre-filter differential pressure. R/O unit manufacturer must have authorized local service personnel available 365 days per year to provide 8 hour response time during warranty period. No other changes are being made at htis time.
