Must have a minimum of 4 growth chambers 2. Must have options for the use OF 96 well plates with shallow, mid, and deep wells, 3. Each growth chamber must have independent control of temperature and gas flow 4. Must have documentation of improved yield of plasmids or M13 for sequencing applications 5. Must be able to be humidified 6. Small footprint desirable 7. Shaking speed -- maximum of 650 RPM 8. 8.0 mm orbit for shaker.
