Quantity and description is changed to the following: Line item 0001 installation of fragment retention film, 4 mil, 35% tinted, with all of the film's components in various buildings located at Fort Buchanan Puerto Rico. Total amount of film to be installed is 23,000 square feet. Majority of windows are size 10" X 30", however, there are a variety of measurements which are not available at this time. Installation of approximately 500 square feet of film will require a 35' scaffold with all required safety features. Quotations must be received in this form: Line item 0001, Description as above, 23,000 total square feet, price per square foot, and total amount. Quoter must provide both price per square foot and extended total. Quotes are due no later than 4:00 PM, September 23, 1999. Fax quotes are acceptable to (787) 707-3751. Quoters are advised that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their fax transmission was received. Further, the fax receiving capability is expected to be very busy during that time frame.
