The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service issues this notice; however award will be contingent upon the availability of Fiscal Year 2000 funds, which are not presently available. The Service seeks to establish an indefinite delivery, multi-year fuel contract, with built in economic price adjustments (to allow for adjustments to be made in response to increases and decreases in the wholesale price of fuel), for the following types of fuels: AVGAS, Heating Fuel Oil, Unleaded Fuel, Jet-A (drum) fuel. The area to be serviced is the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Togiak National Wildlife Refuge facilities in Dillingham, Alaska. This is very remote and is not accessible by road from the major cities in SouthCentral Alaska or the Continental 48 states.
