This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes, RFQ. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. The Standard Industrial Classification code for this procurement is 92212. The government's intent is to make a single award. Supply needed: Police training Suit. The suits must be lightweight and able to withstand years of continuous use. Suits must be able to receive blows from real weapons at full power with out endangering the trainee. They must be very mobile, breathable, even when optional items have been added to the suit. They must be "one sie fits all".
