N66001-97-C-8540 with the University of Maryland. The contract currently provides for research in Scalable Translingual Document Detection and topic tracking through the use of the Parka Knowledge Representation System. The new work to be incorporated in the contract is for using the translingual topic tracking technique for added languages. The estimated value of the contract modification is $99,999.00.
