The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a Purchase Order to Gilseth Consulting, Inc. to provide ongoing technical support and consultation for an existing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Mr. Gilseth was the principal designer and developer of the IVR system and the expert in the integration of the voice/telephone portion of the system. He not only possesses the in-depth knowledge of the Motor Carrier Licensing and Insurance System but he possesses the required expertise to address any technical aspect of the system_s operations and its functional capabilities that support the work flow of the FHWA Licensing and Insurance program. Some of the services required include _hot line_ support, daily remote monitoring of the system, system error reporting and tracking, coordinating error correction/resolution, application of system updates and enhancements, consulting services and coordinating any data needs or issues. Because Mr. Gilseth designed and developed the existing IVR systemand has the in-depth knowledge and expertise required for successful continuation of the IVR system, Gilseth Consulting is the only source available that can provide ongoing technical support and consultation without any interruptions.
