This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation DADA13-99-T-0004 is issued as a Request for Quotation. This announcement constitutes the notice of intent. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. SIC Code is 7699 and the small business standard is $3.5 million. This requirement is not set-aside for small businesses. This contract will be for the purpose of issuing a firm fixed price contract for a base year plus four one year option periods for maintenance service and repairs to Ohmeda anesthesia machines and all associated components, vaporizers and respiratory gas monitors, and veterinary anesthesia machines. This requirement shall commence no later than 01 October 1999 and extend through 30 September2000, plus four one year option periods. Service is desired immediately after contract award.
