Provide commercial transporation service to and form various medical appointments for the contract period from 1 October 1999 thru 30 Septemeber 2000. Transporation is required Monday thru Friday for applicant processing at the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS), 8310 Vicar Drive, San Antonio Tx. MEPS Medical personnel shall call for transportation as required from MEPS to destination. Applicants shall call for returning transportation to MEPS as required after medical consultation is completed. A 20-40 minute response time is required.
