This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number is DADA09-99-Q-0898 and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. This will be a firm-fixed price contract for the period from 01 October 1999 through 30 September 2000, plus one option year from 01 October 2000 through 30 September 2001.
