SCOPE OF WORK (A Map of the site grounds is included in the solicitation) General: Remove all trees and stumps that are dead/dying and/or diseased. Provide appropriate thinning, shaping and raising of canopy, as necessary to prolong the life of the trees. Quantities of trees are to be verified by the contractor. All other trees on the premise that are not identified below are to be left alone. All cuttings, trimming and debris are to be disposed by the contractor. Zone 1 -- Southwest Parking lot Monterey Pines (Qnty:11) -- Shape, thin, raise canopy to 10' and remove all dead wood Black Acacias (Qnty: 8) -- Shape, thin, raise canopy to 10' and remove all dead wood. Adjust supports as necessary. Zone 2 -- Southeast Parking Lot Monterey Pine (Qnty: 27)- Shape, thin and raise canopy to 10', remove any dead wood Black Acacias (Qnty: 5) -- Shape, thin and raise canopy to 10' as appropriate. Adjust support as necessary. Zone 3 -- Eucalyptus Tree Island Eucalyptus trees (Qnty: 29)- Shape, thin and remove dead wood. Reduce wind sail. Remove any weed growth around tree trunks Eucalyptus trees (Qnty: 7)- Removal all smaller trees (and any suckers) along with the stumps Zone 4 -- West Employee Parking Lot/ West Side Loading Dock Monterey Pines (Qnty:7)- Removal all trees and stumps that are dead/dying/diseased.
