Reese, (256) 842-7392 The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation the following: (1) nonrecurring production and nonrecurring retrofit effort associated with an engineering change proposal to change the Black Hawk Helicopter UH-60L into the UH-60L+ configuration, (2) nonrecurring production and retrofit effort for integration and qualification of Medical Evacuation Aircraft (MEDEVAC) Mission Equipment Package (MEP) Kit into the UH-60L+, (3) manufacture and installation of kits to modify up to 600 fielded UH-60A/L aircraft into the UH-60L+ configuration, (4) manufacture and installation of up to 357 kits to modify the UH-60L+ aircraft into the updated MEDEVAC configuration, (5) recurring effort required to incorporate the UH-60L+ into production aircraft of the existing airframe production contract and, (6) recurring effort required to incorporate the MEDEVAC MEP into production aircraft of the existing airframe production contract.
