The total contract period shall not exceed five years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Approved sources are Kinemotive Corp. (25414). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This notice serves as a pre-solicitation notice of the intent to solicit the nsn for an indefinite quantity contract with one base year and four option years. The issue date will be on or about 4 Oct. 99 and the closing date will be 4 Nov. 99. The estimated dollar amount of the solicitation is greater than $100,000.00 and the solicitation is a written solicitation.
