This notice is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are solicited with this notice. The quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-12. This solicitation is a 100% for small business set-aside; the associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3663 (size: 750 Employees). The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure the following: Equipment purchase and installation; contractor shall provide and install two Hughes-JVC Model G1000S digital graphics projectors and two custom made stewart filmscreen rear projection screens; location: marine security guard battalion, BLDG: 2007, Marshall Hall MCB, Quantico, VA; screen image sizes: 60-IN H X 84-IN W AND 59 -IN W; projectors shall be mounted inverted and on a ceiling mount for rear projection application; contractor shall provide the stand hardware to mount the projectors and the screens on walls; throw distance for both classrooms 1 & 2 installation set-ups & adjustments shall be remove & dispose of the existing government furnished equipment screens & replace them with new screens depicted T-ASA drawings B-3917, sheets. A Request for Quotation package contains detail Statement of Work. The equipment will be FOB Destination: Quantico, VA. Requested delivery time is 30 days after contract award. The suggested supplier and part numbers are provided for reference only. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Offeror's proposing other than the requested item must include specification data sheets/brochures, etc., sufficient to enable the Government to determine the capability of the offered item to meet the specifications as stated in this notice.
