DESCRIPTION: The Government intends to pursue a purchase order for the USA MEDCOM Medical Libraries, located at Ft Sam Houston, TX 78234, on a sole source basis with The Gale Group, 27500 Drake Road, Farmington Hill, MI 48331-3535. This will provide the renewal of the CD-ROM and Internet/Web access subscriptions to theInformation Access Company's Health Reference Center (HRC) and PsycINFO for the USA MEDCOM Medical Libraries. The provision of FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial, without addenda, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3.
