This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued, proposals are being requested from this announcement, a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal number is 575-504-00. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-12. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3844 is applied. This solicitation is issued subject to the availability of government funds at the time of award. This solicitation is unrestricted for the following service: Contractor shall provide full maintenance services and glass coverage for one (1) Computed Tomography Scanner, Toshiba XVision Model TSX-002A, S/N a7562259. The following provisions and clauses are applicable and are hereby incorporated into the solicitation by reference and will be provided by the contractingofficer in full text upon request: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Item applies.
