The project consists of painting 95 trash bins which are located in nine different locations on the Flaming Gorge Ranger District, UT. The size of the trash bins are 8 cubic yards; 6 cubic yards; and 4 cubic yards. The existing paint on the trash bins is lead based. Loose paint, rust, sticker, and other debris shall be removed before paint is applied. Areas of exposed metal shall be spot primed and the trash bins shall received two coats of finish paint.
