This is a follow-on contract to the existing contract N68936-96-D-0232 whose ordering period ends 31 December 99. Jopana Technologies, Inc., the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Upgrade Tactical Data Reduction Stations (UTDRS), possesses the engineering and software expertise and the required proprietary data packages. The required effort will be ordered via individual delivery orders. Period of performance will be January 01, 2000 to September 30, 2003.
