SMALL BUSINESS SYMPOSIUM -- HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH Small Business Owners: The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) in concert with the Latin American Management Association and the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Symposium for small businesses who are interested in learning more about contracting and marketing opportunities at USDA.
