Administration is interested in leasing approximately 17,050 net
rentable square feet of office space which must yield 13,478 -- 14,826
occupiable square feet for the Social Security Administration. UNIQUE
REQUIREMENTS: Office and related space must be contiguous and on one
level without being split by a public corridor. Ground floor space is
preferable. Space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide.
Parking for 90 vehicles is required (51 for employees and 39 for the
visiting public). If on site parking is not available, employee/visitor
facilities must be available within 600 feet (or two blocks whichever
is less) of the office and must be within reasonable commercial rates.
LOCATION: The delineated area for the office is: Northern Boundary: S.
Braeswood to Holcombe Blvd; Eastern Boundary: Almeda Rd to Holly Hall
to Fannin; Southern Boundary: Holmes Road; Western Boundary: Kirby Dr.
