The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform Protective Coating Maintenance for U. S Air Force Academy, Farish Memorial Park, and the Ellicot Auxillary airfield. Services include protective coatings, surface treatments, caulking, street markings and airfield markings. The contractor shall perform to the standards as defined in the Statement of Work. Contract type is an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ). The performance period is one year from date of award plus four one-year options exercised unilaterally at the discretion of the Government. The minimum guarantee is $400,000 for basic year and contract estimated maximum of $7.5 million over the term of the contract. The resultant contractor will be permitted storage on-site in a pre-designated contractor storage yard.
