UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries contemplates a Firm Fixed Price contract to be awarded in response to this solicitation for the following item(s): Line item 0001 -- Contractor shall furnish and install a 200hp boiler, with 150 psi operating pressure, operating on natural gas and number 2 fuel oil, voltage shall be 208/230 3 phase. Accessories shall include one (1) valve package consisting of one (1) slow opening blowdown valve, two (2) quick opening blowdown valves, one (1) feed water globe valve, two (2) feed water check valves, one (1) surface blowdown valve, one (1) heater valve, one (1) non return valve, control panel shall have a programming controller, UV flame sensor, indicating lights, alarm bells, operating controls, high temperature/pressure limits, low water cutoff and manual resets on safety interlocks. This boiler shall be delivered F.O.B. destination 90 days after contract award to: UNICOR, FPC Eglin, 204 Okeechobee Road, Building 876, Eglin AFB, FL 32542.
