This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 99Q088 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13. This action is a 100% small business set-aside. The SIC code is 3663 and size standard is 750 employees. The U. S. Secret Service has a requirement for Palm Mic Surveillance Kits, two wire mic security kit, w/hirose circular connector to be used on the Motorola Astro/Saber Radio w/ clear audio tube. CLIN 0001 is for Part No. SK-3/062-A, Color Beige, for a quantity of 700 each. CLIN 0002 is for Part No. SK-3/062-A, Color Black, for a quantity of 300 each. Delivery shall be 45 days after receipt of order (ARO) on an FOB Destination basis (all freight included in the quoted price) to U.S. Secret Service, IRMD-Radio Communications Branch, 950 H Street NW, Suite 2000, Washington, DC 20001. The following FAR provisions are applicable to this RFQ: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; FAR52.212-5, Contact Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or executive Orders -- Commercial Items.
