NNMC intends to award a sole sourced standing order to Haemonetics Corporation 400 Wood Road Braintree, MA for the following: CLIN 0001 Twenty-four (24)cases 994CF MCS+ Plasma and Platelet Apheresis sets, two (2)cases delivered every month. Haemonetics Corporation is the manufacturer of the existing apheresis machines used in the Blood Bank. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order for a base year period of one (1)year effective from date of award through 30 September 2000 with two (2) option years. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
