Anniston Army Depot is seeking companies who can provide ergonomic workstations and chairs that meet the following: WORK STATIONS-Keyboard tray height from floor is 23 to 33.5 inches (adjustable); Keyboard tray depth minimum of 11.5 inches; keyboard tray length (must be able to accommodate mouse) minimum of 27 inches; Clearance envelope under adjustable height work surface (keyboard tray included) with a height range of 19.5 to 28.5 inches (adjustable), width of 20 inches minimum (24 inches preferred), depth at knee level (between edge and back wall) 17.0 inches minimum (greater than 23.5 inches best), depth at foot level (between edge and back wall) 24 inches minimum (greater than 31.5 inches best); depth of work surface area (includes minimum of 11.5 inches for keyboard tray depth) 41.5 inches minimum (based on 17.5 inch depth of monitor). CHAIR: Seat pan height from floor is 15.0 to 22.0 inches (adjustable); seat depth 15.0 to 17.0 inches (waterfall front edge); seat width 18.0 inches minimum; seat pan angle has a backward incline 0 to 10 degrees (locks); seat back to seat pan angle is 90 to 105 degree range; seat cushion thickness is 1.5 to 2.0 inches; seat back lumbar support area length is 6.0 to 9.0 inches; seat back lumbar support area width is 12.0 inches minimum; seat back lumbar support height is located 6.0 to 10.0 inches above seat; seat back height above seat pan is 18.0 to 20.5 inches; seat back lumbar support protrusion is 2.0 inches; arm rests (distance between) is 18.0 inches minimum (adjustable); arm rest length is 6 to 12 inches; arm rests (distance from seat) is 7 to 11 inches (adjustable); arm rest width is 2 inches; basic chair requirements include padded and removable arms, swivels, castors or glides, five-arm base, and user-friendly controls.
