The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on the behalf of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, intends to award a single soure (follow-on) contract (IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source) to Anna D. Gowans Miller, 5 Snows Court, N.W.,Washington, D.C. to provide case studies and executive summaries on the Government Performance and Results Act. The contractor will train the individual teams in the financial analysis of their process improvement results, and certify the results as valid conclusions in accordance with Generally Acceptable Accounting Principles (GAAP). The contractor will consult, give analysis of the Strategic Plan, Process the Analysis Report, provide training in techniques of general accounting principles where required and certify the Process Improvement results.
