The Department of the Navy (DON) is seeking Expressions of Interest concerning the possible purchase of up to 100 family housing units and underlying land in the Mayport, Florida area. Units should be new, under construction, or under permit to construct. Units should be located on contiguous land, and each housing unit should be approximately 1200 gross square feet with 2 to 4 bedrooms. The housing should be located within the following boundaries from Naval Station Mayport: south to Butler Boulevard (JTB), west to Southside Boulevard, and north to St. John's River. Single-family homes, as well as duplexes, quadruplexes, patio homes, townhouses, and other configurations will be considered. This notice is effective on the date of publication and will remain effective until October 04, 1999. Expressions of Interest should be no more than 10 single-sided pages and include name, telephone number, location, number and configuration of units, and other attributes of available property.
