Year term contract with single award in each of two categories for production of various "official use only" books and pamphlets for the IRS requiring such operations as reproduction from PDF files transmitted electronically (PDF), printing in one or two colors, binding, labeling, packing, and distribution. All are 8-1/x 11", approx. 10-1,500 copies per order, 16 to 800 copies per book. Most orders will be placed in November and December. Schedules are time critical. Late deliveries are not acceptable. As many as 1,000,000 impressions may be placed in any one five workday period. Contractor must produce and deliver up to 350,000 impressions on any one print order in 8 workdays.
