The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) is seeking vendors to be placed on a source list to be provided to organizations interested in sponsoring training and certification in the use of HUD's new physical inspection software and protocol. HUD will provide a 2-week training session in the Washington, DC metropolitan area for vendors interested in being placed on HUD's source list. A Statement of Work listing the qualifications will be issued on or about 10/04/99. All request for the Statement of Work are to be faxed on company letterhead to (202) 708-2933, attention Catherine Pinkney. Only faxed request will be honored. This is a sources sought announcement and no solicitation with appropriated funds will be issued regarding this announcement.
