Warren AFB, WY is contemplating a one-year sole source award to American Express for all resources and supervision necessary to perform the management and operation of a commercial travel office for official government and leisure travel commencing 1 January 2000. The purchase order will include a 60-day cancellation notice at the option of the Government due to the start of a DoD-wide contract currently being solicited.
