The contractor shall be responsible for installation of pre-assembled washer/dryer enclosures under factory conditions, following approved shop drawings. Work includes, but may not be limited to, demolition of exterior wall, roughing-in, and final connection of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to existing utilities. A requirements contract for a base year with four (4) option periods is contemplated. Estimated price range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
