PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F65501-99-QZ066 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated document provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3599; small business standard is 500 employees. This acquisition has been 100% set aside for small businesses. PROJECT: 1) 01EACH, F-4000LX-P-ZX parts washer with dual basket to include stainless steel upgrade, ILS-11-200 in-line strainer, and LWS-F1 low water shut off/auto fill; OR EQUAL. Delivery terms shall be FOB destination. Delivery shall be made to the following address: Bldg 16718 (Armament Flight), Elmendorf AFB. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated and shall remain in full force in any resultant purchase order; FAR Part 52.212-1; Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items is incorporated by reference. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to the solicitation. Award will be made based on low-price/technically acceptable offeror. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote received without discussions.
