Concerns having the ability for providing comprehensive sanctions center services for male and female Federal offenders. Location of the facility shall be in the Houston, Texas area. Operational hotel/motels will not be considered as a phywical plant for this requirement. Estimated total number of inmate days are 109,500 for the base period, and 58,400 inmate days for the first, second and third option years respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is October 18, 1999.
