The Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, NY is seeking potential sources who have the capability to provide uprgrade of first generation chiller controls for two (2) centrifugal type chiller units manufactured by Trane Co. in 1988. The original chiller controls are UPC I type and must be upgraded to UPC II controls to enhance chillers'performance, maintenance and diagnostics. The UPC II type controllers are specially designed to operate each individual chiller unit and must be 100% compatible with the existing Trane units.
