Bourque. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This data source will be condensed to a questionnaire which will be evaluated and studied prior to submission to the evaluators of the FDA/BUMED PRK study protocol, All data collected through this contract is sole property of the United States government, DOD, NMCSD PRK Division Ophthalmology Department. Any and data collection, referral, and submission will be under the authority of commander Steven Schallhiorn, MC, USN. Period of performance is from 27 September 1999 through 27 September 2000 subject to pro-ration at the discretion of Commander Steven Schallhiorn.
