Scope of Work involves; 1) Removal of the existing building water chiller, condensing unit and associated chilled and condenser piping (including the proper recovery and disposal of the chiller_s refrigerant). Replacement of the water chiller and condensing unit with a new packaged air cooled chiller and heat plate exchanger. The existing chilled water pumps are to remain. New glycol piping and pumps are to be installed. 2) Removal of electrical service to the existing building water chiller and condensing unit. Installation of new electrical service to the new air cooled chiller and glycol pumps. 3) General construction work such as the extension of the existing concrete pad, installation of a new chain link fence and miscellaneous patching and painting. Estimated construction costs range $ 100,000 to $ 200,000. This solicitation is not set aside. This procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this solicitation is 1711, and the small business size standard is $7.0 million.
