This requirement is for two each Workstation software which allows two concurrent users access to the Tactrac health model database server, and 12 months of basic site service license which provides a library of components, availability and manufacturer. This requirement is being solicited n a sole source basis from Tactech, 22687 Old Canal Road, Yorba Linda, Crane Army Ammunition Activity 92887-4687, due to the fact that Tactech is utilized throughout the DOD by program offices and contractors, and they are the only service provider that has automated real-time library update features providing up to the minute information. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination, with inspection and acceptance at NAVSURFWARCENDIV CRANE within 45 days of award. This procurement is reserved for Small Business concerns. The standard Industrial Classification code is 3577 and the business size standard is 1000 employees.
