70 -- SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE DUE 092799 POC Marla Sands-Mitcheltree (202) 283-1174 The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order to Landmark Systems Corporation, for the acquisition of a Enhancement, Support and Maintenance (EMS) Services for Licensed Software products on ICS/ACS mainframes at the IRS Service Centers. Landmark's TMON MVS and TMON CICS software products are used daily by the ICS/ACS applications programmers in monitoring complete performance and capacity management. TMON MVS and TMON CICS is proprietary software owned by Landmark Systems Corporation. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by Landmark System Corporation, should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within 5 days of the date of publication of this synopsis.
