The Northeast VISN I (Veterans Integrated Service Network)consisting of eleven (11) VA Medical Centers require bread and bakery related products in various quantities and locations for a delivery performance period beginning November 1, 1999 and ending October 31, 2000. the maximum contract period will be for 12 months. The contractor shall furnish products under this contract which originate from an establishment currently appearing in the Directory of Sanitarily Approved Food Establishments for Armed Health Services Command; and in accordance with the standards published in the Defence Logistics Agency, Federal Supply Catalog (8900-PL), FSC Group 89, Subsistence, published by the Defense Personnel Support Center.
