Services for Retroprojection System at B149, Pearl Harbor Naval
Shipyard, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The work includes, but is not limited
to, providing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and
transportation required to provide maintenance and repair services for
the following visual display equipment: two Electrohome ECP 4500,
crt-type projectors, each housed within an Electrohome Retro III
rear-projection enclosure; two Extron RGB 120, computer interface; one
Extron MBC Buffer, computer interface; and one Lot interface cabling
to connect the above equipment. Under the firm fixed-price work
category, perform the following quarterly maintenance services: (a)
With the projector(s) on SERVICE mode, verify convergence, image
centering, and picture settings for up to three input resolutions.
Adjust and store settings as required; (b) Clean the projectors'
internal and exterior surfaces, and cable connectors; (c) Replace or
repair worn/damaged cable assemblies and connectors; (d) Inspect all
equipment for abnormal conditions which cannot be corrected by the
quarterly maintenance service requirements. Also, for each quarter,
provide ten hours maximum, Service Call Work (five hours for phone
contact assist and five hours for on-site visits) necessary to
arrest/adjust/restore malfunctioning equipment/system to a satisfactory
working condition. Under the indefinite quantity work portion, the
Government may order the additional effort and materials not covered
under the firm fixed-price portion of the contract, but necessary for
the return of the equipment/systems to a safe, reliable, operable
condition. SIC Code 7378 applies. The contract term will be a base
period of one year plus four option years. The total term of the
contract, including all options, will not exceed 60 months. The
Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. Offerors can

contract listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for
small business (SB). Interested SB concerns should, as early as
possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest
in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office above
evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of

require offerors to submit past performance and experience information
