Support for one Promina 800 (3 shelf, 16 slot), three Promina 400s (1
shelf, 12 slots), and three Promina 200s that includes the following
support services: telephone assistance (24 hours X 7 days), on-site
equipment support, priority response, priority response via on-site
support, and "disaster node" response for nodes with extensive
damage/failure. The Government will issue a purchase order (i.e., FFP)
for this effort. Its period of performance will run 15 months. An
Acquisition Ombudsman, Colonel Steven H. Sheldon, Director, Commander's
Staff, has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential
offerors during proposal development. You should only contact the
Ombudsman with issues or problems you cannot satisfactorily resolve
with the program manager and/or contracting officer. The Ombudsman role
is to hear concerns, issues, and recommendations and communicate these
to the appropriate government personnel. The Ombudsman will maintain
strict confidentiality if desired. The Ombudsman does not evaluate
proposals or participate in source selection. You can contact the
