Contractor to provide all services to perform Scheduled Preventive Maintenance and Unscheduled Maintenance/Repair (Emergency, Urgent, Routine). Includes but not limited to: labor, tools, equipment, management plans, reports, and maintenance and updating of manuals. The systems include, but are not limited to: air conditioners, air curtains, air compressors, air dryers, air handlers, ceiling fans, condensing units, drain pans and piping, control panels, dehumidifiers, exhaust fans, electric unit heaters, humidifiers, heating & ventilation units, hot water heaters, pressure valves, motorized door openers, water closets, urinals, lavoratories, snow melt systems, thermostats, uninterrupted power systems, water fountains, and paper shredders. Term of the contract is twelve months with an option for up to four additional years. DAAB17-00-T-0001 applies. Estimated issue/close dates are on or about 08 OCT 99/03 NOV 99.
