The purpose of this procurement is to develop, establish, organize, and maintain a national marketing program for the purpose of reaching out to communities and recruiting and retaining primary care, dental and mental health care providers to serve in areas designated as underserved, in particular those sites/areas the NHSC has agreed to assist in developing viable sites, recruiting, and retaining appropriate health care providers. The marketing program shall include, but not be limited to, conducting market research, direct mailings, exhibits at meetings, advertising, press releases, audiovisual materials, Internet web site development/maintenance, enhanced forms of communication, effectiveness evaluations, and database development maintenance and interface with HRSA's data system. This isa 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Award of a contract resulting from this solicitation is restricted to small businesses under SIC code 7389. It is anticipated that a one year contract with four one year options will be awarded. Note Number 1 applies.
